The Southern Food and Beverage Museum is a nonprofit living history organization dedicated to the discovery, understanding and celebration of the food, drink, and culture of the world through the eyes of the South!


The Museum of the American Cocktail is a non-profit museum dedicated to raising awareness and respect for the American cocktail and its rich culinary history.


The John & Bonnie Boyd Hospitality & Culinary Library contains over 11,000 volumes of cookbooks and over 5,000 menus, as well as recipes, archival documents and other literature pertaining to the food and food ways of the American South, all collected by the Southern Food and Beverage Museum.
