Kids Culinary Camp is a half-day summer camp that gets kids in the kitchen to learn to cook in a way that’s hands-on and fun. Each day there’s a new recipe and campers work together measuring, chopping, and stirring to create a delicious and healthy lunch to enjoy with each other.

The John & Bonnie Boyd Hospitality & Culinary Library contains over 11,000 volumes of cookbooks and over 5,000 menus, as well as recipes, archival documents and other literature pertaining to the food and food ways of the American South, all collected by the Southern Food and Beverage Museum.
