The Southern Food and Beverage Museum offers a weekly lunch demonstration every Monday, serving classic New Orleans dishes with a side of culinary history.
Featuring bartenders from across the region, "State of the Art" offers the connoisseur both classic cocktails and innovative drinks from local masters mixing and twisting the cocktail canon.
Ten chefs from various geographical regions across the United States will compete to create the best dish that utilizes farm-fresh items from a pantry of seasonal ingredients donated by State Agricultural Departments.
